Sebastian Monzon

Sebastian Monzon is a Senior Data Scientist at Tempus Labs, Inc. since October 2021, specializing in client-facing HEOR and epidemiology analyses with expertise in biostatistics. Contributions have resulted in new revenue streams through signed SOWs, abstract approvals, and a manuscript, in addition to developing an R package for RWE analytics. Previously, Sebastian worked as a Senior Data Analyst in the Pharmacy sector at Lumere, focused on reducing clinical variation and unnecessary costs in health systems. As a Teaching Fellow at Sun Yat-sen University, Sebastian developed and taught key curricula in Business Writing and American History. Sebastian co-founded Wellinks, a company that created innovative monitors for orthotic tracking, and served as Co-Coordinator for the Dwight Hall Urban Fellows Program, leading student fellows in nonprofit placements. A graduate of Yale University with a B.A. in Political Science, Sebastian also attended Flatiron School in 2019.
