Riddhi Shah has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2016, they started their career as an Executive at ABIL Realty Pvt Ltd, where they handled switchboard operations, managed insurances, and served as the first point of contact for guests and visitors. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Client Services Coordinator at ISS Facility Services UK, delivering professional greetings to clients and visitors, handling guest queries and requests, and providing excellent escort services. Riddhi then joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch(ISS) in 2019 as a Commercial Contract Coordinator, where they were involved in budgeting, forecasting, and managing the procurement to payment process. Riddhi also participated in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities. In 2022, they became an Assistant Finance Business Partner at ISS Facility Services UK, responsible for balance sheet reconciliation, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and leading month-end activities for contracts worth £5m. Currently, Riddhi holds the position of Commercial Finance Analyst at Ten Entertainment Group Plc, starting in 2023.

Riddhi Shah completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business/Commerce, General from I C L s Motilal Jhunjhunwala Arts Science and Commerce College in Vashi, Navi Mumbai from 2011 to 2015. Subsequently, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting and Finance at The ICFAI University, Tripura from 2016 to 2018.
