Cloey Cheung has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Voice of Customer (VoC) Program Manager - Global at Ten Lifestyle Group since July 2017, after holding various roles including Senior Service Performance Manager for APAC & Middle East and Members Satisfaction Team Manager for APAC. Prior to this, Cloey worked at The Peninsula Hong Kong from March 2010 to May 2017 as a Front Desk Supervisor, overseeing daily operations and team performance. Earlier experience includes a Front Office Trainee position at Le Meridien Cyberport Hong Kong and industrial training at Thorpeness & Aldeburgh Hotels Ltd, as well as JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong. Cloey holds a BBA (Hon) in International Hotel Management with Distinction from Les Roches International School of Hotel Management.
