Jack Gilbert has a diverse work experience in marketing and logistics. In 2021, they began working at Ten Thousand, Inc. as a Brand Marketing Specialist, then as a Growth Marketing Specialist, and finally as an Affiliate Marketing Associate. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at The Goat Agency as a Campaign Manager, Senior Campaign Coordinator, and Campaign Coordinator. In 2018, they worked at Volt Live as a Social Media Marketing Manager and at Transmit.Live as a Social Media Marketing Intern, where they originated, curated, and executed B2B inbound marketing strategies across multiple social outlets, managed daily social media campaigns, and created inbound content. In 2016, they worked at Rubie's Costume Company, Inc. as a Summer Intern, where they oversaw logistics of moving wholesale products, created system documentation of inventory levels, coordinated inventory transfers between separate subsidiaries, and tracked supplies and equipment for multiple departments.

Jack Gilbert attended Chaminade High School from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained their high school diploma. From 2015 to 2019, they attended Boston College and received a Bachelor's Degree in Communications. In 2017, they also participated in a Study Abroad Program at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
