Reem Faour

Reem Faour is an experienced People and Culture Manager currently with TEN11 Hospitality Group since September 2024, specializing in connecting people and cultures through food. Prior to this role, Reem served as HR Manager at ALMED RETAIL from 2021 to 2024, where responsibilities included articulating HR policies, leading HR activities, and managing recruitment and employee development initiatives. Previous positions included Talent Acquisition & Development Manager at IFSC GROUP, HR & Admin Manager at Compass Logistics International, and earlier HR roles at Gulf Extrusions L.L.C and Kharafi Global Trading & Cont. Co. Reem holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from American University of Beirut and a Certified Human Resource Professional designation from the American Certification Institute.
