Kerry Miller is the Director of eCommerce Sales at Tenable. Prior to this, Kerry was the President and Founder of Kerry Miller Consulting, a company that provided eCommerce and Growth Marketing Consulting services to businesses.

During their time at Kerry Miller Consulting, Kerry helped businesses improve their close rates in the digital realm by outlining acquisition and retention programs, planning and executing eCommerce strategies, and improving key performance metrics such as user experience, profitability, and return on investment. Kerry also developed content for critical marketing campaigns and worked with clients to effectively target ideal user groups.

Some of the notable projects that Kerry worked on include Acronis Software, Kaspersky Lab, Total Defense, CartPros.com, and Yubico.

At Acronis Software, Kerry redesigned and optimized the website which transitioned the eCommerce experience to drive mix-shift to subscription products. As a result, they grew SaaS-based products by 45% within 180 days.

At Kaspersky Lab, Kerry evaluated and developed techniques to optimize their existing eCommerce experience which increased sales by 20% in six (6) months within the EMEA marketplace.

At Total Defense, Kerry managed and updated online advertising programs which improved SEM to 3:1 ROI.

At CartPros.com, Kerry created a ground-up eCommerce business from scratch, including vendor selection, project management, eCommerce store development, third-party integrations, logistics, and marketing operations.

Finally, at Yubico Kerry performed an assessment of the website and eCommerce business, developing quick wins to drive immediate increases in their direct eCommerce business, and longer term suggestions to drive increases in future revenue.

Kerry Miller has a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business with a focus in Marketing/Marketing Management, General. Kerry also has a Bachelor of Science - BS from San Jose State University in Journalism. In addition, Kerry is a Certified California Naturalist from University of California, Santa Cruz and a Certified Marine Naturalist from University of Hawaii Maui College.
