Svitlana Shynkar

Svitlana Shynkar has worked in the customer service industry since 2014. Svitlana began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Zoom Support. Svitlana then moved to flydubai in 2016, where they worked as a Customer Service Agent. In 2018, they became a Team Lead at TenantCloud.

Svitlana Shynkar obtained their Specialist's degree in 2010-2015 from Drogobych state pedagogical university, where they studied Philology, English, French languages and World literature. In June 2017, they received their Certified Human Resource Professional certification from Blue Ocean Academy.
