Jorge Mitre

Jorge Mitre has extensive experience in the energy and manufacturing sectors, having held various leadership roles at Tenaris since 2001, including positions such as Industrial Coordination at Tenaris Shawcor Coating Solutions, USA Regional Vice President Quality, and Coil Tubing Managing Director. Mitre successfully led the development of a new manufacturing technology that received a New Technology Award at the 2015 World Oil Awards. Prior experience includes managing operations in Canada, developing key contracts and products for major clients such as Suncor and Shell, and overseeing maintenance operations at Siderca prior to Tenaris's formation. Mitre began their career at Techint Group as a Graduate Trainee and has earned multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Industrial Administration and a current Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
