Omar Alcubilla Reyes

Omar Alcubilla Reyes serves as the Legal Counsel & Compliance Officer for the Southeast Gateway Pipeline Project at Tenaris since December 2022. Prior roles include Contract Manager & Legal Counsel for the same project, Regional Legal Counsel LATAM at iMile Delivery, and Legal Counsel & International Trade Compliance Officer at Sulzer, overseeing legal matters for Mexico and LATAM. Omar has also held positions such as Country Legal Manager & Compliance Officer at Creamfinance and Senior Corporate Counsel at Oxiteno México, among others. Omar's educational background includes diplomas in International Law and Corporate Law from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and Universidad Tecnológica de México, respectively, along with a law degree from Universidad Tecnológica de México.
