Paula Casco

Paula Casco's work experience includes various roles at Tenaris, starting in 2004 as an Account Payable Analyst and progressing to roles such as Accounting Analyst and Management Control Senior Analyst. Paula then became the Global Compensation Manager, overseeing compensation competitiveness in multiple countries. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Regional Compensation, HR Planning, and Organization Design Manager. Paula later became the Total Rewards Director for the USA and currently holds the position of Talent Training and Development Director at Tenaris. Prior to their time at Tenaris, Paula worked as an Accounting Shared Service Analyst at Tenaris Global Services S.A. and as a Shared Service Center Accounting Intern at Siderca.

Paula Casco obtained a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Universidad Nacional de Luján from 2000 to 2005.
