John C. Parks

John C. Parks is the Senior Vice President of Origination at Tenaska. John has over 20 years of experience in the energy industry. John started their career as a Gas Marketing Rep. for Western Gas Resources in 1989. In 1999, they became an Account Director at Aquila, where they worked for three years before joining Tenaska in 2002.

John C. Parks has a degree in accounting and business management from the University of Northern Colorado. John has worked in various accounting and business management positions for companies such as Deloitte and Touche and KPMG.

They work with Steve G. Bruns - VP, Marketing, Robert J. Scarborough - VP, Marketing, and Robert W. Turell - VP, Financial Trading. Their manager is Mark J. Whitt, President, Tenaska Marketing Ventures, Natural Gas Marketing.
