Joana Trindade is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product innovation and management across various industries. Currently serving as Product Innovation Director at TenCate since July 2025, Joana previously held multiple roles at Amorim Cork Solutions, including Head of Product Management and Project Manager from March 2019 to July 2025. Prior experience includes Head of Coating R&D at Tintex Textiles, where responsibilities encompassed the formulation of technical coatings and participation in European projects and patent applications. Joana also completed a process development internship at Procter & Gamble and an internship at Technische Universität München, focusing on iron-catalyzed oxidation processes. Joana holds an Executive MBA from Católica Porto Business School and a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto.
