Dong Yu

Dong Yu has extensive experience in the field of AI, having worked at Tencent as Chief Scientist and Vice General Manager of Tencent Cloud AI, as well as Distinguished Scientist and Vice General Manager of Tencent AI Lab. Prior to Tencent, Dong Yu worked at Microsoft Research for nearly two decades in various research and engineering roles. Dong Yu holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Zhejiang University, a Ph.D in Computer Science from the University of Idaho, and an M.S in Computer Science from Indiana University Bloomington, as well as an MS in Electrical Engineering from the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Currently, Dong Yu is involved in opening a new AI research lab in the Seattle area, seeking motivated researchers/scientists with Ph.Ds.
