Jiaqi Liang

Jiaqi (Jackie) Liang, P.E., currently serves as Head of the Operation and Planning Team at Tencent's Global Data Center, overseeing GPU data center planning, infrastructure budgeting, strategic planning, site selection, and business operation analysis. Previously, as Head of the Energy Team at Tencent, Jiaqi led initiatives on energy strategy, renewable energy procurement, and data center energy technologies. With extensive experience from Amazon Web Services, Willdan, CLEAResult, and academic research, Jiaqi has consistently contributed to the development of energy efficiency programs and technical standards across various data centers. Jiaqi holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Engineering Management from Northwestern University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Energy and Environment Systems Engineering from Zhejiang University.
