Nicholas Breunig

Nicholas Breunig, CPA has a strong background in real estate analysis and development, with experience in leading and managing real estate departments. Nicholas has also worked in auditing for financial services companies, contributing to the audit process and gaining knowledge in financial statement preparation. Nicholas is currently serving as the Director of Real Estate & Business Development at Tend, where Nicholas oversees the pipeline and NSO processes. Prior to Tend, Nicholas held roles at Casper as a Senior Real Estate Analyst and at EY as a Staff I, gaining experience in auditing various companies and working in a team environment. Their education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, and Mass Communications from the University of Minnesota.
