Damian Ciesielski

Damian Ciesielski has been working in the field of business development and sales for several companies. From 2019 to the present, they have been the Head of Business Development at Tended, a company that creates intelligent safety wearables to prevent accidents and injuries at work. Starting in 2015 and ending in 2019, Damian worked as a Business Development Manager at Ganymede Solutions, where they focused on improving safety and standards for engineers in the Energy and Utilities industries. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2015, Damian was a Business Development Consultant at Encore Energy, and from 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Sales Consultant at RIG Energy Ltd, specializing in the recruitment of professionals in the Utility & Renewable Industry.

Damian Ciesielski attended De Montfort University from 2007 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Applied Criminology. Their field of study was focused on Criminology during this period.
