Aditya Phatak

Aditya Phatak has a diverse work experience in the field of CRM development and management. Aditya started their career at Accenture in 2010, where they worked as a Software Engineering Senior Analyst, specializing in Siebel CRM development. Aditya then joined Capgemini in 2016 as a Software Development Consultant, focusing on NexJ CRM customization and integration for HSBC UK. Aditya later worked at Emirates NBD as a Subject Matter Expert, implementing NexJ CRM applications for the Wholesale Banking sector. Aditya also worked at HCL Technologies as a Business Manager for CRM development projects in the banking and financial domain. Currently, Aditya is the Product Owner at Tenderd and also the Founder/Owner of Gheun Taak!. Throughout their career, Aditya has gained expertise in various CRM systems such as Siebel and NexJ, and has extensive experience in implementing integrations, setting up workflows and rules engines, and working with critical systems.

Aditya Phatak completed their Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from MPSTME, NMIMS in the period from 2006 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Aditya also obtained various certifications over the years. These include Mindful Leadership from LinkedIn in July 2021, Siebel 8 Consultant from Oracle in January 2016, Accenture Technology Academy: Application Developer from MIT Consulting in May 2014, and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in October 2022.
