Tenderloin Neighborhood Development
Shreya Shah is an experienced housing development professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Housing Development at Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation since February 2021. In this role, Shreya leads the development and oversight of affordable housing projects on San Francisco's Westside, managing a significant project pipeline valued at around $400 million. Previously, Shreya held positions at EAH Housing as a Senior Project Manager and Project Manager, overseeing a $110 million HUD 202 gut rehab project and a 40-unit scattered site project.
