Ernie Chan

Ernie Chan currently serves as the Vice President of Account Services at Tendo Communications since October 2023. Prior to this role, Ernie co-founded PointOne Digital in July 2016, where responsibilities included leading all account and project management teams and overseeing agency operations and growth. Ernie held the position of Vice President of Client Services at Extractable from March 2011 to June 2016, managing client relationships and project delivery for major clients such as BOK Financial, Salesforce, and Visa. Previous experience includes serving as Account Director at Isobar from June 2008 to March 2011, where Ernie managed accounts for notable brands like Coke and Ubisoft and won the 2011 IAC Internet Advertising Award. Ernie’s career began at Dentsu Creative and also includes roles at On24 and Franklin Templeton. Ernie earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, between 1995 and 1999.
