Crcr Stephanie Pacheco-Webb

Stephanie Pacheco-Webb, CRCR has a diverse work experience spanning multiple healthcare organizations. Stephanie started their career at Blue Shield of California in 1994 as an Operations Supervisor and later became a Call Center Manager. In 2008, they worked as an Operations Manager at Delta Dental of California. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Supervisor at Conifer Health Solutions. Stephanie then joined Tenet Healthcare in 2011 and held the position of Patient Access Manager until 2013 when they became the Director of Revenue Analysis. In this role, they were responsible for reviewing and adjudicating patient revenue, analyzing trends impacting net revenue, and resolving revenue cycle issues in collaboration with hospital leadership and departments.

Stephanie Pacheco-Webb, CRCR, attended Diablo Valley Junior College from 1983 to 1986. During this time, they focused on English/Language Arts Teacher Education. Afterwards, they pursued further studies at Western Governors University in the field of Health/Health Care Administration/Management.

In addition to their education, Stephanie Pacheco-Webb obtained a certification as a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) in February 2016.
