Jim Landsaw

Jim Landsaw has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Jim is currently working as the Senior Director of Portfolio Management at Tenet Healthcare since May 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Transaction Management Director at CBRE from March 2021 to May 2023. From August 2012 to March 2021, Jim worked as the Managing Director at Newmark Knight Frank, where they served as the Global Head of Transaction Management for a key corporate client. Jim'sresponsibilities included strategic planning, market analysis, and maximizing transaction savings. Before that, they were the Senior Vice President at Fischer & Company from May 2002 to July 2012. Jim also worked as an Account Manager at The Staubach Company from January 2000 to April 2002, and as a Senior Associate/Transaction Manager at CB Richard Ellis from January 1998 to December 1999.

Jim Landsaw attended the University of Arkansas from 1988 to 1992. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business.
