Lynn Guion currently serves as the Director of Market Operations - Cardiovascular at Tenet Healthcare, responsible for overseeing daily operations with a focus on efficiency and strategic alignment. With a strong background in healthcare management, Lynn has held various leadership roles including Interim Director Market Operations and Market Operations Manager, where operational effectiveness and regulatory compliance were prioritized. Previously, as Practice Manager for the Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery of Texas Institute and Arrhythmia Associates of South Texas, Lynn managed a diverse team of physicians and staff.
