Michele Thoman has extensive work experience in healthcare, holding various leadership roles in different organizations. Starting in 1990, they worked as an Assistant Clinical Manager/RN at Akron General Medical Center. Michele also oversaw the cutover of financial systems without any patient safety incidents or revenue loss.
