Preston Clark has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Preston started their career as a Congressional Intern in Congressman Peter J. Roskam's Office in 2010, before moving on to work as a Supply Chain Specialist at Intermountain Healthcare from 2012 to 2013.
In 2015, Preston joined Tenet Healthcare as an Administrative Resident, where they served as a member of the Senior Leadership Team and gained valuable experience analyzing patient flow and hospital processes across three hospitals in the network. Preston then worked as a Regional Outreach Director at Tenet Healthcare from 2016 to 2018, overseeing and managing regional transfer centers and outreach programs.
Preston advanced within the company to become a Director of Strategy from 2018 to 2019, where they developed capital equipment requests and proforma creation for strategic service lines. Preston then took on the role of Chief Strategy Officer at a $20M annual EBITDA facility from 2019 to 2022, where they led strategic growth and development, identified gaps in care, and collaborated with various leaders to develop service lines.
Currently, Preston is serving as the Chief Strategy Officer at Tenet Healthcare since 2022, leading strategic growth and development for combined $90M annual EBITDA facilities. Preston develops and implements annual hospital business plans and coordinates activity between two facilities within the Central Valley Market.
Throughout their career, Preston has demonstrated strong leadership, coordination, and analytical skills, contributing to the growth and development of the organizations they have worked for.
Preston Clark completed their Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management with a focus on Leisure Services Management from Brigham Young University. Preston attended Brigham Young University from 2005 to 2011. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Trinity University from 2013 to 2015.
