Michael Hunkeler

Michael Hunkeler is an accomplished entrepreneur and project leader with extensive experience in corporate innovation, program management, and growth strategy. Currently serving as the Founder and Project Leader at Inno-Pact Consulting, Michael focuses on fostering impactful innovation. Previous roles include Head of Intrapreneurship at Swisscom, where Michael oversaw the development of over 600 validated ideas and delivered significant coaching within a large community. Additional experience includes positions at rready AG, Impact Hub Zürich, and PwC Switzerland, alongside mentoring startups for Tenity and foodward. Michael holds a Master of Arts from the University of Zurich and is pursuing an MBA from Seoul National University, complementing a strong academic foundation in business and economics.
