Amlan Chakravarty

Amlan Chakravarty is a Senior Data Analyst Consultant at Tenjin. Amlan has over four years of experience in the field of data analytics and research.

Amlan previously worked as a Lead Data Scientist at Enquero, where they worked with a major technology client on multiple analytics use cases. Some of these projects include improved prospect identification, product recommendation, partner scoring, propensity to buy, and product migration. Amlan also built a custom app providing visualization and reporting on how a partner facing tool is being utilized by partners.

Before joining Enquero, Amlan worked as a Senior Lead, Business Analytics & Research at Fidelity Investments. In this role, they led the Live-Channel service analytics across key regions. Amlan also built data driven interventions which enable improved service efficiency across call-handlers and call routing. Additionally, they won a Collaboration Hackathon by building an intelligent notification tracker to increase customer transparency and service effectiveness.

Amlan Chakravarty has completed an executive program in business analytics from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Amlan also holds a B.E. in instrumentation & control engineering from the Manipal Institute of Technology. Their secondary education includes an HSC from St. Michaels High School and an SSC from Don Bosco Academy. Amlan also has a certification from Dell Social Media & Community Professional.
