Shellie Pruden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and client services across various healthcare organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Tennant Products since April 2022, Shellie previously held the position of Vice President of Client Services at SENERGY MEDICAL GROUP. Shellie's career also includes roles such as Administrator at The Tennant Institute for Integrative Medicine and Director of Physician Relations at USMD, where Shellie managed significant physician relations and practice development initiatives. Shellie's expertise was further demonstrated at UnitedHealth Group as the Director of Provider Relations for North Texas and Oklahoma, where Shellie led a program that significantly reduced claim rework.
