Adam Litke

Adam Litke serves as the Sustainability Manager at Tennant Company, where responsibilities include leading the company's sustainability strategy, focusing on sustainable practices in New Product Development and reducing the carbon footprint through innovative technologies. Previously, Adam held the position of Senior Mechanical Engineer - Engineering Supervisor at Tennant Company, contributing to the integration of the latest battery-powered sweeper-scrubber and successfully managing a complex product launch. Adam's earlier experience includes a role as a Packaging Engineer at General Mills, where initiatives led to significant cost savings and improved manufacturing processes, as well as an internship as a Quality Engineer at Cummins Inc., where innovative solutions enhanced testing protocols and manufacturing efficiency. Adam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, completed in 2015.
