Brian Snyder has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Brian started their career at Medtronic in 2008 and held various roles within the company, including Technical User Support Analyst, Senior Technical User Support Analyst, Senior IT Business Systems Analyst, and Principal IT Business Systems Analyst. In 2022, they joined Tennant Company as a Principal Systems Analyst.

Brian Snyder attended North Dakota State University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Management Information Systems and Services. Brian has also obtained the ITIL v3 certification.
