Christine McLaren

Christine McLaren, MBA, serves as the Global Enterprise Change Lead at Tennant Company since January 2024 and has been the People, Culture & Change Leader at McLaren Consulting since 2016. With extensive experience in organizational development and change management, Christine has successfully led initiatives for multiple companies, including Cargill and U.S. Bank, focusing on culture transformation, talent retention, and strategic alignment. Key accomplishments include overseeing change management for six acquisitions, guiding start-up business units through comprehensive change programs, and leading organizational effectiveness and change management practices at Pivot Strategies. Christine holds an MBA in Management from the University of St. Thomas and a BS in Print Journalism with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
