Emily Puchalski

Emily Puchalski has a diverse range of work experience in the legal field. Emily is currently working at Tennant Company as the Director, Sr. Counsel Corporate and Innovation. Previously, they worked at Jamf as a Corporate Counsel, where they negotiated complex technology licensing agreements and managed the intellectual property portfolio. Prior to that, Puchalski worked at Pentair as a Corporate Counsel, providing legal support in areas such as intellectual property, supply chain, commercial contracting, and marketing. Emily also supported the Enterprise Center of Excellence, advising on patent law topics.
