Jared Blaisdell

Jared Blaisdell is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product validation and development, currently serving as the Senior Engineering Manager for Global Test and Reliability at Tennant Company since September 2015. In this role, Jared manages a global team of engineers and technicians, oversees the department's budget, and focuses on employee development. Prior to Tennant, Jared held the position of Senior Mechanical Engineer at Graco, where notable achievements included expediting the development of the F340e fireproofing sprayer. Jared also spent over 13 years at Donaldson, progressing from Senior Project Engineer and Lab Manager to Development Engineer and Lead Project Engineer, gaining significant experience in structural validation and SCR development. Jared earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Dakota State University between 1995 and 2000.
