Kristin Erickson

Kristin Erickson has extensive legal and corporate governance experience, currently serving as SVP, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Tennant Company since April 2008. In addition to this role, Kristin has held interim positions including Chief Human Resources Officer and General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Earlier career roles at Tennant Company also include VP, Deputy General Counsel, and Associate General Counsel. Prior to Tennant, Kristin worked as Senior Legal Counsel at MoneyGram International from 2004 to 2008 and as an Associate Corporate Attorney at Lindquist & Vennum from 1998 to 2004. Kristin earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Minnesota Law School and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of St. Thomas.
