Markus Haefeli

Markus Haefeli has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 1985 as a Mechanical Engineer at Sulzer Escher Wyss, they then worked as a Sales Manager at The Dow Chemical Company. Markus joined ISM - International Sales Marketing as a Business Manager before moving to Siemens, where they served as Divisional Manager and Co-Country Manager. Markus went on to hold executive positions at Ferag AG, Level Systems, Ferrostaal GmbH, and Kärcher. Markus worked with Nilfisk as Senior Vice President and ultimately served as Vice President for the Asia Pacific Business Unit at Tennant Company.

Markus Haefeli attended the Australian Institute of Company Directors from 2011 to 2012, where they completed the Company Directors Course. In 1989, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing from City University, Bellevue, USA (Zurich Campus, Switzerland). Prior to this, they earned a Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology in Cape Town, South Africa.
