Nichole Arlt

Nichole Arlt, PHR, is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and project management. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Process Lead at Tennant Company since June 2023, Nichole has developed comprehensive training for new hires and established a valuable documentation resource. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Recruiter at Cargill, where Nichole led full life cycle recruiting, and as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at UNFI, managing recruitment across various functions for over six years. Additional experience includes IT Technical Recruiting at Analysts International Corporation and account management in e-commerce at First Choice Global Marketing. A graduate of St. Cloud State University with a B.S. in Business Management, Nichole also participated in Remote Year, gaining cultural and professional insights while traveling globally.
