Theodosia Rush

Theodosia Rush has a strong background in manufacturing and supply chain management. Theodosia currently holds the position of Vice President Strategic Manufacturing at Tennant Company, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they held various executive roles at Cummins Inc., including Subsystems Strategy Leader, General Manager, and Executive Director in the areas of power systems, supply chain planning, and corporate supply chain. Theodosia joined Cummins Inc. in 1999 as a Sourcing Manager and worked their way up to become the General Manager of the Global Bus Business. Theodosia also has experience as a Plant Manager and Materials Director within Cummins Inc. Overall, they have a comprehensive understanding of operations, strategy, and leadership within the manufacturing industry.

Theodosia Rush obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business and German from Lenoir-Rhyne University in 1993. Theodosia later pursued a Master's degree in Operations and Marketing, completing an MBA at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 1997 to 1999.
