Mor Ridner

Mor Ridner has extensive work experience in human resources and people operations. They currently hold the position of Chief People Officer at Tennders since March 2022. Prior to this, Mor worked as the Director of People and Culture at Ninety Nine from June 2021 to February 2022. From November 2020 to June 2021, they served as the EMEA People Operations Lead at Glovo. Mor also held the position of Senior People Operations Partner at N26 from September 2019 to October 2020. Earlier in their career, Mor worked as a Senior HR Professional at Autodesk España from October 2017 to September 2019, and as an HR Generalist at EL AL Israel Airlines from January 2014 to October 2017. They also have experience as an HR Business Partner at Maccabi Healthcare Services from October 2008 to October 2013, as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Pelephone from January 2007 to September 2008, and as a Lead Recruiter at DMG - DSNR Media Group from June 2006 to January 2007.

Mor Ridner obtained a Bachelor of Art in Business Administration & Human Resource from Ben Gurion Ba-Negev University, starting in 1996 and completing in 1998. They then pursued a Master of Science in Organizational Behavior with a focus on Training & Organizational Development at Polytechnic New-York University from 2004 to 2006. In 2016 to 2017, Mor Ridner attended Técnicas formativas to further their knowledge in Human Resources management. They later obtained a degree in Coaching from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, starting in 2019 and completing in 2020. Additionally, Mor Ridner received the LUMA Institute Certified Practitioner certification in June 2019 from LUMA Institute.
