Pınar Dilmeç

Pınar Dilmeç has a diverse work history with experience in various roles and industries. Pınar began their career as a Programmer at Hacettepe University in 1997 and worked there until 2000. In 2000, they joined Basari Mobile as a Project Coordinator and was responsible for managing the delivery of critical projects and providing managerial support. Pınar also worked as a Project Manager, handling projects for major accounts such as Samsung Mobile and Turkcell. At Basari Mobile, they excelled in project planning and management, leading teams and ensuring the successful completion of projects. In 2017, Pınar joined BK Mobil as the Chief Strategy & Projects Officer, where they managed project development and design teams. Pınar evaluated portfolio performance based on the company's strategic vision and goals and undertook project and product management for various programs and platforms. Pınar recently started working as a Senior Product Owner at Tennders in 2023.

Pınar Dilmeç holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Istanbul Bilgi University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Geological Engineering from Ankara University. Additionally, they earned a certification in PSM I - Professional Scrum Master I Certification from Scrum.org in April 2012.
