Adam Kowalczyk

Adam Kowalczyk is a seasoned professional in the automotive industry, currently serving as a Senior Quality Engineer at Tenneco since July 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing departmental quality activities, NPI, process improvement, and customer management. Previously, Adam held multiple roles at Federal-Mogul Powertrain, starting as a Production Management Graduate and progressing to Manufacturing Supervisor and Quality Engineer, with a focus on coordinating high-volume manufacturing departments and managing quality projects. Adam's career began at Serco in a supervisory role. Adam holds a Diploma in Applied Management from the University of Warwick and a BA(Hons) in Business Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University, along with a background in Economics and Nutrition.
