Esteban Valera

Esteban Valera has a substantial amount of work experience in various roles within the automotive industry. Esteban is currently working as the Global Operations Director at Tenneco, a position they started in 2024. Prior to that, they worked at Hitachi Automotive Systems Americas, Inc. starting in 2019. At Hitachi, they held the role of Regional Operations Director for the Brakes BU, where they oversaw manufacturing at multiple sites and managed a large number of employees. Esteban was responsible for the P&L and CAPEX execution, serving major clients like Ford, Daimler, and Audi. Esteban also implemented operational streamlining and conducted talent assessments/upgrades during their time at Hitachi.
