Matthew Bryant

Matthew Bryant currently serves as Executive Director and Associate General Counsel for Performance Solutions for the Americas and EMEA at Tenneco, a position held since September 2021, after previously serving as Director in the same division. Prior to Tenneco, Bryant was Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Challenge Manufacturing from October 2018 to August 2021, and held senior legal positions at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Education includes a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, coursework in finance at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from the University of Pennsylvania.
