Melinda Grosskopf

Melinda Grosskopf has extensive experience working in the field of global benefits. Melinda currently holds the position of Executive Director, Global Benefits at Tenneco, which they started in September 2020. Prior to that, they served as Vice President Employee Benefits at L3 Harris Technologies from November 2016 to July 2019. From September 2006 to November 2016, they worked at Tyco International as the Sr Director, Global Benefits. Before joining Tyco International, Melinda Grosskopf was a Principal at Mercer from November 2003 to August 2006.

Melinda Grosskopf holds a Master of Science degree in Biostatistics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Melinda has also obtained a certification as a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) from ISCEBS/Wharton School of Business.
