Erin delle (she/her)

Erin Delle, MA, currently serves as the Coordinator for Strategic Research Initiatives at the Tennessee Board of Regents, where responsibilities include coordinating the design, implementation, and evaluation of student success initiatives while engaging with campus teams and external partners. Prior experience includes roles at Jackson State Community College as a Completion Coach and Academic Advisor, and also as JHub One-Stop Manager, providing academic advising and support to students. Erin's earlier positions encompass experience as an Applied Behavior Analysis Program Assistant and an Academic Advisor/Supervisor at The University of Memphis, coupled with a strong educational background that includes a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of West Florida and a Graduate Certificate in Community College Leadership from East Tennessee State University.
