Johanna Dillard

Johanna Dillard is an experienced financial aid professional with a solid background in managing and supporting financial aid processes across various educational institutions. Currently serving as a Financial Aid Support Associate at the Tennessee Board of Regents since April 2021, Johanna assists TCATs in processing federal and student aid within the Banner system. Prior roles include Financial Aid Coordinator/Director at Tennessee College of Applied Technology - Memphis, where Johanna managed operations and staff to ensure compliance with awarding procedures, and Financial Aid Technical Coordinator at Southwest Tennessee Community College, responsible for monitoring and resolving system processes. With earlier experience as a Financial Aid Specialist, Coordinator, and Customer Service Coordinator across different organizations, Johanna also possesses a strong educational foundation, holding a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from esteemed institutions.
