Karen Cline-Barber

Karen Cline-Barber has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Karen started their career at Summit Medical Group in 2003 as a Site Manager, overseeing the operations of a medical facility. In 2005, they joined Tennessee Cancer Specialists as an Operations Manager, responsible for managing the corporate operations for a team of 14 physicians and 17 practitioners across 13 locations in East Tennessee. Karen later advanced to the role of Practice Administrator and eventually became the Chief Operating Officer, where they played a key role in recruiting physicians and management staff, opening new locations, managing centralized corporate functions, developing budgets, and organizing marketing and new development projects. Karen continues to hold this position.

Karen Cline-Barber obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Health Administration/Education from East Tennessee State University between the years 1984 and 1987. Karen'sfield of study focused on Health/Health Care Administration/Management.
