Kimberly Hurley has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kimberly started their career at Staz of Suwanee as a Music Director in 2003. Kimberly then joined Restoration of Hope world ministries as a Praise and worship director from June 2002 to December 2003. From 2004 to 2007, they worked as a Retail Store Manager at Mattress Firm. In 2007, they became a Customer Service Team Lead at Tennessee Oncology. More recently, in May 2022, they joined Cigna as a Senior Analyst. Additionally, they pursued their passion for music and arts through their own venture, KimmieJSoul Music, where they worked as a Singer, Songwriter, Model, and Actress since 2011.

Kimberly Hurley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Tennessee Technological University. Kimberly has also obtained a certification in "Smarter Tomorrow: Everyday Neurohacking Practice (Book Bite)" from LinkedIn in 2022.
