Joseph Byrd

Joseph Byrd is an experienced attorney currently serving as the Lead Attorney for the Indigent Services Team at the Tennessee Supreme Court/Administrative Office of the Courts since April 2023. Previously, Byrd held positions including Assistant Attorney General in the Civil Law Division at the Tennessee Attorney General's Office and Disciplinary Counsel for the Board of Professional Responsibility of the Supreme Court of Tennessee. Byrd has also served as the City Attorney for the City of Apopka and County Attorney for Bradley County Government, providing comprehensive legal counsel in various capacities.
