Kevin Vedder

Kevin Vedder has extensive experience in human resources, serving in various leadership roles at Purdue University, Salisbury University, and Tennessee Technological University. Their expertise includes organizational effectiveness, change management, HR service center management, employee relations, and training. Additionally, Kevin served as an Army Officer in the Indiana Army National Guard for 25 years, retiring at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

Kevin Vedder completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Military Science, at Indiana State University in 1988. Kevin then pursued Professional Education in Leadership and Logistics at US Army Schools between 1988 and 2006. In 2019, they continued their education by earning a Master of Science in Transformational Leadership from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Additionally, Kevin holds certifications such as the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI, obtained in 2018 and the SPHR Certification from HRCI, obtained in June 2021.
