Ginny Needham

Associate Chief of Staff at Tennessee Titans

Ginny Needham is the Associate Chief of Staff at the Tennessee Titans. Ginny has over twenty years of experience working in event management, and has been with the Titans since September 2019. Prior to their current position, Ginny was with AMB Sports + Entertainment from June 2017 to September 2019, where they oversaw all aspects of assigned sporting events, concerts, meetings and conventions utilizing the 71,000-seat stadium. Ginny was also responsible for the daily work flow of one team member and provided mentoring and training.

From January 2017 to May 2017, Ginny was the Strategic Digital Coordinator at CSE. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drove ticket sales and increased brand awareness. Ginny has a proven track record of success in event management and is excited to continue their work with the Titans.

Ginny Needham holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration from The University of Alabama. Her field is marketing and management.
