Jennifer Hinkle

Senior Director, Marketing & Digital Strategy at Tennessee Titans

Jennifer Hinkle begins her 16th NFL season, including her first with the Titans as Senior Director of Marketing and Digital Strategy in 2019, after spending the previous 12 years in similar roles with the Washington Redskins.

In her current role, Hinkle is responsible for the development and implementation of integrated multimedia marketing across the team's digital platforms, strategic oversight of the club's mobile and desktop sites, digital apps, and social media channels, and the development of cutting-edge marketing, content and fan engagement platforms designed to aggregate and monetize audiences.

In Washington, Hinkle served as the Redskins' Vice President of Digital Marketing, responsible for optimizing digital technologies and media campaigns in support of strategic partnerships. She worked to improve fan engagement and experience, both in and out of stadium, through digital, social and mobile integrations, communication and analytics.

Prior to joining the Redskins, Hinkle spent three seasons with the Baltimore Ravens in their digital media department, where she managed the team's websites, produced photo and video content for digital platforms, and contributed editorial and design work for team publications.

Hinkle graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. degree in Graphic Communications and resides in Nashville.
